The Concord hotel at the Borscht Belt of the Catskills was a world-famous destination, known for its huge resort business from 1950s to '1970s. The total plan is being designed by William B. Tabler and architects from New York City in coordination with Divney Tung Schwalbe which is an engineering and environmental originate firm based in White Plains, New York.
